We ask that you repay all the care and love with which they were produced, in the way you use them.

All materials used in footwear can undergo irreversible changes with humidity, salt, atmospheric agents in general.

We ask, therefore, that you avoid and take special care with rain, direct contact with too much heat, grease, any materials that can transfer color pigments, oils, alcohol and solvents or other abrasive products.

All metal applications used in our products can also suffer permanent damage if exposed to the aforementioned elements. Poor handling of the parts can cause wear and scratches, as well as the loss of the original shine of the gold-plated metallic elements.

Whenever you are not using our products, we advise you to keep them in the provided cloth bag, avoiding dust accumulation.

For cleaning and maintenance of our products, please use only a slightly damp cloth and then a dry one, or a shoe brush, avoiding any cleaning chemicals.

To define more precisely which shoe size you should choose, the brand Beatriz Pacheco advises you to measure your foot.

The most correct way to do this is measuring from the heel to the tip of the toes, at the end of the day, as the feet usually swell due to the heat and daily activity.

Our suggestion for an easier and more accurate measurement is to place a sheet of paper under your foot, tangent to a wall.

With your heel touching the edge of it, mark the tips of your fingers on the paper with a pencil.

Then use a tape measure or ruler for the measurement.

Bearing in mind our size chart, if your result is between two sizes, consider it safer to opt for the larger one than the smaller one.

If you have doubts about choosing a size, we ask you to pay special attention to the fact that our models fit more for the wide than for the tight.
