Most of the manufacturing processes of our products are manual.  As such, the Beatriz Pacheco brand calls for special attention to this issue, as it is not advisable to use our products on difficult or very uneven floors.

We ask that you repay all the care and love with which they were produced, in the way you use them.

All materials used in footwear can undergo irreversible changes with humidity, salt, atmospheric agents in general.

Therefore, we ask you to avoid and take special care with rain, direct contact with high heat, grease, any materials that can transfer color pigments, oils, alcohol and solvents or other abrasive products.

All metal applications used in our products can also suffer permanent damage if exposed to the aforementioned elements. Poor handling of the parts can cause wear and scratches, as well as the loss of the original shine of the gold-plated metallic elements.

Whenever you are not using our products, we advise you to keep them in the provided cloth bag, avoiding dust accumulation.

For cleaning and maintenance of our products, please use only a slightly damp cloth and then a dry one, or a shoe brush, avoiding any cleaning chemicals.

In order to define more precisely which shoe size you should choose, the Beatriz Pacheco brand advises you to measure your foot.

The most correct way to do this is by measuring from the heel to the fingertips, at the end of the day, as the feet usually swell due to the heat and daily activity.

Our suggestion for an easier and more accurate measurement is to place a sheet of paper under your foot, tangent to a wall.

With your heel against the end of it, mark your fingertips on the paper with a pencil.

Then use a tape measure or ruler for measurement.

Taking into account our measurement table, if your result is between two sizes, consider it safer to choose the larger one, than the smaller one.
